Up to 400 people are expected to attend the event, which will be held on April 21 and 22 and is being organised by the Rotary Clubs of Leeton and Central.
The conference falls on the same weekend as this year's Art Deco Festival, with the organising groups for both events working together to ensure both benefit.
Conference committee chairwoman Ruth Wade was looking forward to the weekend.
"It's going to be a big one for the town," she said.
"The program for the conference will be out shortly.
"We've got some great guest speakers, so we're looking forward to filling up the Roxy Theatre."
Guest speakers at the conference will include former politician Tim Fischer, peacekeeper Matina Jewell and more.
The conference is being held in Leeton as each year it is hosted by the town where the current district governor lives, who this year is Leeton resident Greg Brown.
The theme for the weekend will be in line with the Rotary International mantra for 2013, which is Peace Through Service.
A highlight of the conference will be the official launch of the documentary Leeton: The Formative Years.
The conference will also include events that are open to the public, according to Mrs Wade.
"It should also work in very well with the Art Deco Festival," she said.
"We've had a good number of registrations at this stage, so it's all looking good.
"It's a good opportunity to come together and enjoy the weekend."
