The event will be held this weekend, with all men in the area invited to attend, courtesy of the Leeton, Narrandera and Griffith CRC churches.
It will be the third time the weekend has been held, with organisers hoping for a solid turnout to not only participate in the activities, but to hear from former NRL player Paul Stevens.
"In the past we've had people come from all over to take part, so we're hoping for that again," co-organiser Jeff Cottom said.
"We've had local guys speak in previous years, but we thought this year we'd get someone different in to change things up a bit."
Mr Stevens is a former St George Illawarra and Cronulla player, as well as being a past club chaplain.
He is the pioneer and senior pastor of the Lifehouse Church in South West Sydney, with participants able to hear from him during Friday night's activities.
Mr Stevens will also speak on Saturday morning.
Other festivities during the weekend will include the Yanco challenge, further talks from residents from the region and more.
Mr Cottom said the idea behind the weekend was to take time out from busy lifestyles and focus on the important things in life.
"We're excited for it ... we hope to give men something to do, while at the same time hearing from inspirational people," Mr Cottom said.
"Everyone is always so busy, so it's good to take time out, have fun and focus on our health and wellbeing."
The Yanco Men's Knockabout will be held at the Yanco Agricultural Institute Dining Hall on Friday night and Saturday.
