Police said employees opened the Vance Road business and found a man inside the building just after 8am on Saturday.
He left the building, but was followed by staff, who contacted police.
Officers arrested the man a short distance from the location and he was later charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
He will appear in Leeton Local Court on August 8.
