Leeton line dancing committee member Lenore Ditton said competitors performed a variety of line dances, from the waltz to free-style, in groups and solo.
"It's great to see a lot of older people taking part," Mrs Ditton said.
"There was a Wagga family where a mother, father and daughter danced together."
Despite numbers being down on last years, Mrs Ditton said dancers had come from across the country, hailing from Sydney, Melbourne, Dubbo, Foster, Wagga, Griffith and of course Leeton.
Convenor of the eisteddfod's music section, Maria Damiani praised the quality of performance at this year's event.
"Choir day was wonderful, so many young faces, the parents, teachers and schools are to be congratulated on how well behaved the students were and the quality of their performances," Mrs Damiani said.
"Schools were from Lake Cargelligo, Wagga, Barellan, Griffith, Narrandera and Leeton."
Mrs Damiani said numbers were up in the vocal section, with the section much larger than last year.
"Dennis Brain the adjudicator from Canberra also commented that Leeton has a well run eisteddfod and the competitors seem to enjoy each other's performance and congratulate each other, this is a great learning point," Mrs Damiani said.
Mrs Damiani congratulated all the participants and thanked the volunteers and supporters who were integral to the smooth-running of the eisteddfod.
