A LEETON man will return to Campbelltown Local Court in November after his case was adjourned last week.

Aaron Damian Platt, 38, was arrested in June and was the fifth person to be charged as part of an ongoing investigation led by Strike Force Nutba.
Officers from the State Crime Command formed the strike force to investigate a number of incidents at restaurants in south-western and western Sydney earlier this year.
Each robbery involved at least two men entering the property and threatening a cleaner with a firearm, before attempting to gain access to any on-site cash.
Officers arrested Mr Platt after he was transferred from the Junee Correctional Centre to Wagga police station.
He was charged with numerous offences, including five counts of robbery in company while armed, two counts of detain for advantage (aggravated), two counts of possess firearm and one of aggravated break and enter.
Mr Platt appeared in Campbelltown Local Court last Wednesday and will reappear on November 5.

A WOMAN arrested in June after two alleged stabbings in Leeton appeared in Griffith Local Court last week where the matter was once more adjourned.
Deidre Barby, 51, was involved in a bizarre incident where two men were arguing, with one stabbing the other in the back.
As a result of the incident another altercation took place between Ms Barby and Jay Kirby, who had allegedly stabbed the other man that was involved in the first fight.
During the second argument, Mr Kirby was allegedly stabbed by Ms Barby.
She was taken to Leeton police station where she was charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Magistrate Shane McAnulty adjourned the case to October 29.

A MAN also charged with the alleged stabbing of another resident will have his case heard in Griffith Local Court on October 15.
Jay Kirby was allegedly involved in the same incident as Ms Barby and was arrested after allegedly stabbing a man in the back during an altercation.
Magistrate Shane McAnulty adjourned the matter in court last Wednesday.

A YOOGALI man who allegedly stole mail while working in Leeton shire appeared in Griffith Local Court last week before magistrate Shane McAnulty.
Roy Anthony Johns was arrested on March 7 after police carried out a search warrant at his Yoogali home.
The warrant was executed after some Leeton shire residents noticed they weren't receiving mail they believed to be on the way or other articles hadn't arrived at the designated address.
Mr Johns was arrested and charged with knowingly dealing in the proceeds of crime and the Commonwealth offence of appropriating articles in the course of post.
He will return to court on September 24.
