The 1st Leeton Scout Group held its annual Moo Poo Drive fund-raiser on September 6, selling out of the product long before knock-off time.
As a result, more fertiliser was required, with the organisation selling about 30 tonnes on the day, eclipsing last year's 20 tonnes.
"Last year we ran out, but it was just before we finished," assistant Cub leader Damien Murphy said.
"This year we were all out quite early on, so we had to get some more to keep up with the demand.
"It was a nice day, so I think people were out and about.
"We thought it was very successful."
Funds from Moo Poo Drive are directed back into the group's general fund.
Young Cubs, Scouts and their parents helped out on the day, with Mr Murphy impressed with the teamwork.
