THE Leeton Greens have come away from the annual Group 20 presentation night with a swag of awards, including co-winner of the club championship.
Club stalwart Roy Nicholls was also honoured by being named volunteer of the year for the group.
Even Leeton-based referees got to join in the fun with Paul McGregor and Matt Bagley awarded.
However, it was the Greens young guns who dominated on-field recgonition in everything from point scoring to best and fairests.
In the under 16s, Bas Blackett finished second in the player of the year count, as well as in the goal scoring and point scoring awards, and was the third-highest try scorer. Bailey Wallace was the second-highest try scorer for the grade.
There was a three-way tie for the under 18s player of the year with two Leeton players involved. Rhys Wilesmith and Billy Gilbert tied with Darlington Point-Coleambally's Trey Eldridge for the honour.
