The event will be held on September 27, giving residents a chance to pick up a bargain and get to know the LVIC from the inside and out.
Red Carpet Day will also be used to officially launch the Taste Riverina Festival's events in the Leeton shire region.
More than 40 stallholders have signed on to take part, representing the food and wine industry, handicrafts, homemade wares and children's activities.
LVIC visitor services co-ordinator Brent Lawrence said the Red Carpet Days were becoming more well known in the community.
"The point of difference this time is we will be using Red Carpet Day to launch the Taste Riverina Festival's local events, which we're really excited about," Mr Lawrence said.
"Our focus is on getting people and their talents out there, as well as showcasing our facility here.
"We always hold the Red Carpet Days during the school holidays, so we're hoping for a big turnout."
Residents can expect to see regular stallholders at the event, as well as some who are new to the program.
There will be activities for children, as well as entertainment and cooking demonstrations.
"It's not your typical market day," Mr Lawrence said.
"It's a bit more upmarket with the red carpet that people walk in on, as well as the unique products we have here.
"We're continuing to build it up because the possibilities are endless."
Red Carpet Day will be held at the LVIC on September 27 from 9am to 2pm.
