Leeton residents Craig and Colleen Willis organised a poker run last Saturday, with 100 people attending.
The ride is held each year to help fund-raising efforts for the pair, who participate in the annual Cystic Fibrosis Great Escape Car Rally.
While only recently returning from the last rally, the pair used the poker run to kickstart fund-raising for next year's event.
Mr Willis said 88 hands were sold as part of the poker run.
"We had 60 bikes ... it was an absolutely fantastic day," he said. "The ride started in Leeton before heading off to Morundah, Jerilderie, Coleambally, Whitton and back to the Wade Hotel.
"This is our last big fund-raiser for the year before we kick it off again early next year with raffles and other bits and pieces."
Cystic fibrosis is a recessive genetic condition.
The gene involved in CF gives instructions for the cells to make a protein that controls the movement of salt in and out of cells.
It is the most common life threatening, recessive genetic condition affecting Australian children.
Mr Willis said most community members were aware of CF and were glad to contribute to the cause.
"Our winner on the day was Trevor Stockton, who donated his prize back," Mr Willis said.
"The raffle winner also donated the winnings back, which we auctioned off and made an extra $370."
"We had great support ... there were no hassles on the day."
