Jay Kirby fronted Griffith Local Court on October 15 before magistrate Shane McAnulty, who adjourned his charge of wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to November 12.
Mr Kirby was charged after allegedly stabbing another man during a fight in June.
As a result of the incident, Mr Kirby was also allegedly stabbed by Leeton woman Deidre Barby.
Ms Barby is facing charges relating to the incident.
