The festive songs and hymns were part of the Carols in the Park event that was hosted by St Peter's Anglican Church on behalf of the Leeton Ministers Fraternal.
A solid crowd turned out for sing-a-long, according to Father Robert Murphy, who was one of the organisers of the night.
"We had a great crowd there and perfect weather," Fr Robert said.
"Some of the highlights were the young people that took part in the telling of the nativity scene.
"I think the crowd enjoyed that.
"Another highlight every year is seeing all of the school and community groups performing.
"They do a fantastic job."
Fr Robert said the park provided the perfect backdrop for the event, with families gathering with picnic blankets and chairs to enjoy the evening together.
"What I like best is that the carols night brings the community together and that is what it's all about," he said.
"It's the time of year when everyone should be together and I like seeing that happen there in the park."
Next year's Carols in the Park will be hosted by St Joseph's Catholic Church.
