Winners for the day, and proving they are no bunnies, were Ray Pluis and Dom Del Guzzo with 47 points on a countback from Frank Mercuri and Phil Pullen.
Mercuri had a poor back nine, maybe Pullen thought he would pull the handbrake rather than a few stitches on his new zipper. Ball comp went to 45.
Nearest the pins: 4th John Martin, 6th Josh Helson, 13th Del Guzzo, 15th Robert Roulston. Drive & chips: A grade Matt Piper, B grade Matt Brett, C grade Jamie Brown.
Members are reminded stableford scores require the net strokes to be noted on the card if you record a score on a hole, there will be no more leniency.
