Miss Cooper has shared some of her work for residents to whet their appetite. The first profile she has shared is that of long-time resident Bruce Tatt, which includes a drawing of him done by Miss Cooper.
“My father arrived in Leeton in the early 1940s,” Mr Tatt recalls.
“I went to Wamoon School. We played football, Wamoon had a football field. We'd hang out on the farms, go camping, sleep in the shearing sheds, catch rabbits, bit of fishing. We lived off the farm.”
