The workshop, held on June 20, was hosted by the MIA Line Dancers group, which is based in Leeton.
Conducting the event was Kay Blakely from Corowa, who will also be an adjudicator at this year’s Leeton Eisteddfod in the line dancing discipline.
Group member Lenore Ditton said it was an opportunity to take more skills and technique on board.
“We had people from Wangaratta, Crookwell, Griffith, Leeton and more taking part,” she said.
“We learned five or six new dances, as well as some of the popular ones that are happening around the area.
“It was a good opportunity to pick up Kay’s skills and knowledge. We also followed it with a social that night.”
