All three play in the Country Premier League (CPL) as part of the Western Reds.
The Western Reds are made up of players from Leeton, Griffith, Bathurst, Lithgow and other surrounding regions.
Maddison and Rebekah play in the under 18s division.
It is their second year playing with the Reds.
Ty Fletcher was selected in the under 16s boys team, making it his first year with the side.
The trio will now be playing in the finals of the CPL competition, according to Leeton Basketball Association president Tracy Fletcher.
“The girls finished second in their division, so they will now go on to play in the finals,” she said.
“The top four teams play in the finals.
“For Ty, his side were third, so they are also through. I think they are expecting tough games as part of the finals, but they are ready for it.”
As the Western Reds sides are made up of players from across the area, if successful in the finals, they are unable to play in the state finals as they are not part of one association.
However, Fletcher said the Reds would still be fighting hard.
She said all three Leeton players had gained valuable experience by being part of the Western Reds.
“Their skill levels have improved a lot,” she said.
“I think each of them have also become really good team players as well.
“Maddi and Rebekah play above their age in the 18s.
“For them to be excelling the way they are is fantastic.
“It’s Ty’s first year and I know he has learned a lot and loved being part of it.”
To be able to make the finals of the CPL competition, the Western Reds have competed at various carnival, including at Albury, Bathurst and more.
Fletcher was hopeful the success of the three young guns would inspire more Leeton juniors to try out for the Western Reds side.
“We’ve certainly got a lot of talented players in Leeton,” she said.
“I know the two girls and Ty will be trying out again for the next season.
“It definitely helps improve their game and they enjoy the experience.”
The finals will be played in Gosford on August 15 and 16.
