A street stall, organised by Jodie Salerno and Meryl Parker, had plenty of offer to raise funds for one of the Cancer Council’s most well-known events.
Residents flocked to buy daffodils, merchandise and cupcakes on the day.
Students from Leeton High School and St Francis College also assisted by selling merchandise throughout the main street on Friday.
Funds raised as part of Daffodil Day assist with cancer research to discover new and better treatments.
Money also goes towards cancer prevention campaigns and supporting for those affected by cancer.
Every item sold and every donation on the day assists the Cancer Council to being another step closer to the defeat of the disease.
