High-calibre bands and performers will converge on the town from November 2 to 4 as part of the festival, with many opportunities for residents to hear them play.
Kicking off the spectacular will be an old time dance evening at the Historic Hydro, led by John and the Ole Timers.
Saturday will be the main focus of the event, with bands from across the state taking to the stage in Jarrah Mall, as well as others playing in businesses throughout town.
Event publicity officer Maree McCrum said the aim was to draw people into town and hear from some of the best bands in the state.
"We wanted to keep visitors shopping and supporting our local businesses while listening to some fabulous music," she said.
"It was very popular last year having the performers in the businesses.
"There will be great promotions and sales on throughout the day."
At 3pm that afternoon, Lillypilly Wines will be hosting band Metro Jazz and residents are invited to head out and enjoy the afternoon.
While that is taking place, performers will head to a rehearsal for the main event of the weekend, a mass band performance with about 140 people on stage at once.
Bands represented over the weekend will include Liverpool City Brass Band, Canberra City Concert Band and the Australian Army Band Kapooka.
The final day of the spectacular will mix art and music, with Brass in the Park at Mountford Park, where bands will be playing and Leeton artist Ann Rayment "painting live" during the event.
"We've had a great response from the community," Mrs McCrum said.
"We would love to see as many people as possible at one or all of our events."
