THE Barellan Masters Games won’t be going ahead this year as the committee seeks to “revive, revamp and rejuvenate”.

Organisers are hopeful the event will go ahead next year.

Committee publicity officer Carl Chirgwin said the games had made a difference to the town as a result of the funds raised and visitors taking part.

An annual general meeting will be held on February 5 at 7pm at the Barellan pool for those interested in helping with next year’s games.
