Steve Campbell and Alex Quino have both achieved master technician certification with Ford, while Ashley Bull and Will Garcia have reached the senior technician level.
To reach both these levels is a coup for the Leeton business, according to Stuart Lanham.
“Having two staff members make the master technician level at one dealership, particularly a smaller one, is definitely very rare,” he said.
“On top of that to have two senior technicians is extremely rare.”
To reach those levels, staff are required to meet certain requirements throughout a 12-month period.
“It’s not an easy thing to do at all,” Mr Lanham said.
“It goes to show that smaller dealerships can reach this level.
“It has given everyone something to focus on. It’s abig effort and achievement.”
Ford senior field service engineer Kevin Duffy travelled to Leeton to present the staff members with the honour.
