Vincent Stanford has been charged with Miss Scott’s murder, as well as aggravated sexual assault.
Details of the offences in court documents reveal Stanford allegedly murdered her on April 5 last year between 11am and 7.20pm at Leeton.
His identical twin brother Marcus has been charged with being an accessory after the fact.
He has pleaded guilty to that offence and he has also been included in the arraignment list for the Supreme Court today.
The police charge sheet says Marcus “did assist” his brother and it is believed he received her engagement ring in the post in South Australia.
