The library has been holding a series of health and wellness talks, with Katie Ciavarella the latest guest speaker.
Mrs Ciavarella discussed the health benefits of yoga and meditation.
She also demonstrated some yoga moves and got the audience involved in simple stretches that could be done sitting or standing.
Mrs Ciavarella also highlighted talked the importance of stretching and maintaining flexibility as residents grow older.
The event also coincided with International Yoga Day.
Yoga is now recognised as an activity that can be done by all ages and all levels of fitness. Around 15 people attended the session.
