The Western Riverina Careers Expo was staged at the school last week, with students from Leeton shire schools, as well as hundreds of others from the area, all taking part.
As a result of the event, the LHS multi-purpose centre was transformed to be a sea of stalls and information booths that were manned by tertiary educations, businesses, different colleges and more. Students were able to pick up information packs, ask questions and discover more about their possible career paths.
More than 60 exhibitors took part, with the school’s canteen area also playing host to interactive displays from the Australian Defence Force and other institutions.
