Harrison will celebrate the special achievement in the reserve grade game at Leeton Showground.
Harrison played 200 first grade games for Leeton-Whitton and will hit 100 reserve grade games on Saturday.
The Crows will start short-priced favourites to win the reserve grade, as they will in the main game against the Hoppers.
Leeton-Whitton will virtually be at full-strength with Ben Gaynor, Tom Morton and Ryan Dunn all available to return to the Crows team as they look to register a fourth straight victory.
Coolamon will be without Matt McGowan and Ash Hard for the clash with the Crows, but could promote Steve Senior for his debut.
