All matches were a little lopsided.
Mark Lemon’s combination roughed up the team led by Greg Caffrey on the day.
“Rattles” and “Protocol” ran second to president Leo and Bob McGregor, while the Len Clare led trio were too consistent for Barry Allen’s boys.
There was much jubilation when the elusive jackpot was won by David Noad, Les Bonham and Len Clare.
The major-minor semi-final is scheduled for Saturday.
Extra spectator seating has been arranged. Names are also needed for this year’s triples competition that will get underway next Saturday.
