Match two was Hit Heads playing against Lethal Ladies. The first set was a tight contest with even play by both teams. Scores were level on many occasions, but Allanah Hughes had a good serving run that helped her team, Lethal Ladies, win a close 25-23.
Father and daughter Jason and Jess Clarke stepped it up a notch for the Hit Heads and were dominant in the second set, with Hit Heads winning 25-15.
Alison Thrumble tried hard all night for Lethal Ladies and Tracy Catlin likewise for Hit Heads. Hit Heads won the third and the match, 2-1. Jess Clarke was awarded best on court followed by Allanah Hughes and Tracy Catlin.
Wednesday at 7pm will be skills coaching night for all current and new players.
