There are four parcels in particular available in the Yanco and Darlington Point areas.
They would be ideal production areas for crops such as nuts, citrus or grapes, or for poultry, pork, beef, lamb and dairy systems.
Each has ready access to secure water, and the country is well drained for all-weather access. There are existing production systems for feed production.
At Yanco there is a 730-hectare property with Murrumbidgee River and deep bore water access, as well as 1650ha with access to the Murrumbidgee River.
At Darlington Point there are two properties available – 313ha with high security water and approval for a deep bore, and 4000ha with both deep bore and Murrumbidgee River water.
QPL is a recent re-brand for Ray Ray White Rural Temora, which also has branches in Narrandera and Boorowa. Craig and Bev Pellow and their team have built a reputation as the leading real estate and livestock agency in the region.
