OFFENDERS brazenly stole a truck before dumping it in a lane way in Narrandera this week.
The vehicle was stolen from a business in the town on Tuesday morning after the culprits gained access to the premises in Douglas Street.
Police said they attempted to steal other vehicles at the location before deciding on the truck.
It was then driven through steel gates that had been locked with a chain and padlock, causing extensive damage. The vehicle was later found abandoned in a lane way, with some damage to its front.
AN OUTDOOR table was set alight at Narrandera High School this week by unknown offenders.
The incident occurred sometime between 4pm Monday and 8.30am Tuesday. Police are seeking information from the community to identify those responsible.
