Every school holidays the library hosts a jam-packed program of activities that aims to cater to students of a variety of ages.
The July holiday block had everything from lego club and continuous storytime to craft knitting and yoga.
Activities were so popular, many were booked out.
One session of continuous storytime had more than 50 participants.
Library assistant Jo Pianca was pleased the facility was able to continually provide a safe place for students to go and spend their time.
“We’ve been very happy with how everything has gone during these school holidays,” Mrs Pianca said.
“It’s been great to see the students participating in the different events.
“For things like continuous storytime, which is aged at younger children, it has still been good to see some of the older kids joining in.
“The best part about those sessions as well is we are seeing mums, dads, carers, grandparents and child care providers all joining in. It’s wonderful to have the library being used by everyone.”
While the school holidays may now be over, the library will remain a place for students to go after school to study, enjoy a quiet moment or be part of other initiatives on offer.
It’s wonderful to have the library being used by everyone.
