The eisteddfod got underway on Sunday and continued throughout the week with the music discipline.
Most popular were the school choirs, with the theatre full to the brim.
Adjudicator Kerrie O’Connor Brown praised the school groups in her feedback.
“Everyone has worked so hard,” she said.
“I have the very hard task of choosing a winner (in each section) and it’s not easy.
“You work is wonderful and credit should be going to your conductors as well.”
The eisteddfod will continue throughout the rest of the week before the instrumental component gets underway on Sunday before adjudicator Richard Morphew.
Residents are able to watch each of the sections, with the competitors putting on quite a show.
