The Crows clinched a nail-biting, one-goal victory over Narrandera at Leeton Showground on Saturday.
The win was essential, with Leeton-Whitton sitting in sixth and the Eagles in fifth.
The Crows are now two points below Narrandera on the ladder and the news gets better.
The A grade side should certainly get a win this weekend over the eighth-placed Coolamon Hoppers, who they easily accounted for in round one.
The Eagles will have to do the unthinkable and beat the undefeated Collingullie-Glenfield Park Demons to maintain their position.
The other ace up A grade’s sleeve is it has next weekend off due to the bye, which automatically guarantees them the four points.
Their aim this weekend won’t just be to string a solid four quarters together against Coolamon, but boost their percentage as well.
The match will be played at Kindra Park.
