Leeton Greens under 16s want to keep unbeaten season alive in 2017 Group 20 grand final

THE undefeated Leeton Greens under 16s side are gearing up for their huge local derby clash with Yanco-Wamoon.

The young Greens have been the side to beat for the last two seasons and they show no signs of slowing down.

“Leeton under 16s have had a fantastic year going through the season undefeated,” coach Paul McGregor said.

“(They) had a very hard game against Yanco two weeks ago to make it through to the grand final.

“It will have to be a team effort on Sunday, but the boys will be looking to the experience of captain Kody Collins and the big men Tim Toia and Shane Nikoro to set the platform to remain undefeated and win the big game.”
