Pages on Pine will be hosting a Chef and the Winemaker evening on Saturday as part of the Taste Riverina Festival.
The five-course meal will focus on “local heroes”, with chef Eric Pages using Coolamon Cheese, Verve Hill murray cod, Bruceron pork, Riverina Beef, Rombola produce, Randall Organic Rice and Walnuts Australia within his specially-designed menu.
It will then be perfectly matched to the wines of Nugan Estate.
Vanessa Pages is helping to organise and co-ordinate the night and was hopeful people would get in this week and book a table.
“I like how the Taste Riverina Festival showcases all of the wonderful produce, food and wine in our area,” she said.
“It’s a good opportunity to get together and recognise this.
“I think Taste Riverina is a great event.
“We have been involved in it for many years now.”
To book a table phone the restaurant.
