Between 5pm on Thursday and 8pm Friday, entry to the house was gained by forcing a door open.
Nobody was home at the time of the break in, and it appears nothing was stolen.
In other news, police are urging Leeton residents to remove valuable from cars, after another vehicle was broken into over the weekend.
A car in Wirilda Street was the target of a steal from motor vehicle incident on Sunday.
A wallet and contents was taken from the parked vehicle between 10pm Saturday and 5pm Sunday.
Inspector Kim Traynor used this latest incident to encourage residents to stay vigilant.
“Every body needs to be aware of what they leave in their car, and making sure to report any suspicious activity,” she said.
