L&D: 25 players participated in our annual Pink Day which was held on Thursday, November 2 and the money raised was donated to Can Assist.

In social bowls last Thursday the drawn winners were Marie Odewahn, Lorraine Messner, Joan Bourke and Helen Symes.

Jan Bell scored a resting toucher and Jan Fitzpatrick won the lucky door.

If you wish to attend the District Christmas Luncheon to be held at the L&D on December 4, please put your name up on the notice board, cost $18.

LSC: Two matches in the semi finals of the consistency singles were played last week with the winners being Laurel Cox and Margaret McKenzie who now have to play for the title.

Drawn winners for last week were Diane Colyer, Beryl Breed and Joan Dale.

Runners up were Jan Munroe, Shirley Middleton, Margaret McKenzie and Betty Howard.

Pennants start this Tuesday beginning at 9am with LSC versing Griffith/Coleambally.
