Griffith will be bolstered by the return of captain Haydn Pascoe in their attempt to retain the Creet Cup against Leeton on Sunday.
Haydn is confident his side can turn the tables after a tight lose when the two sides met on November 12.
“We’re not far off the mark, it was a very close run thing last time,” he said.
In the Creet Cup clash at Exies Oval on November 12, the Wolves won by five wickets, hauling down Griffith’s solid total of 196 in the final over.
The Wolves needed six runs off the last over and snaffled the runs with two balls to spare.
“Although I didn’t play in that match, I heard our fielding let us down”.
“190-odd was certainly defendable, but a think we dropped a couple of catches”.
“They say catches win matches, so if you don’t catch them you lose”.
Haydn said he’d most likely look to bat first if he wins the toss.
“You always like to get runs on the board.Though there’s a bit of rain forecast this weekend so we’ll have to see”.
Teams for this Sunday’s match are as follows.
