LSC: With the pennants competition now well under way the members are experiencing some keen competition and exciting games. On Tuesday after playing Griffith/Coleambally the result was a draw after a very close match and on Thursday after rain interruptions the girls were defeated by the same teams. The drawn winners for last week were Margaret McKenzie and Jan Munroe with runners up being Diane Colyer and Beryl Breed.

Pennants continue today with our girls versing L&D.
L&D: Social bowls, last Thursday, was a wash out due to heavy burst of rain. After managing to play a few ends we spent the rest of the time socialising over a cuppa. The drawn winners were Jan Bell and Patti Wakeman and the lucky draw went to Hilary Chambers.
Today, in the Pennants 4s, we will see a little local rivalry when L&D come up against LSC at the Leeton Soldiers Club. Play at 9am with a roll up at 8.40am.
Nominations are now been taken for the Triple Tournament at the L&D Club April 7. Entry forms are on the notice board.
