At 3.10pm on Monday, police at an unrelated call at Wirilda Street when a Ford Falcon was driven past very slowly.
The police pulled the vehicle over for a random breath test.
It is alleged the driver and passenger were yelling at the police sergeant, and its alleged they have threatened to assault him.
Both passenger and driver exhibited extremely aggressive behaviour.
The 30-year-old man was arrested for intimidating police and was charged.
He will appear before Leeton court at a later date.
In other news, a transport company on Wamoon Avenue was broken into between 4am and 7am on Tuesday.
Police allege offices in the building had been rifled through, and say it is unclear at this time what was taken.
Police are reviewing CCTV footage of the incident.
