That's the question on the minds of at least 30 debutantes and their partners who will be taking part in the Rotary Club of Leeton Ball on July 26.
Preparations are under way for the evening, which will be held at the Leeton Soldiers Club, and officiated by Brian Munro.
Three rehearsals will be held in the lead-up to the night, with the participants excited to take part, according to organiser Roz Thompson.
"The debutantes will be presented and they'll be doing two dances on the night," she said.
"The Belle of the Ball will be presented with their sash from last year's recipient Alicia Boardman.
"I think they all look forward to the opportunity to dress up again, get their hair and makeup done and enjoy a social night out."
Rotary member David Dean said debutante balls were a tradition in Leeton.
"It's a country thing," he said.
"Rotary is very much about youth and this is something the youth of our community can do ... Rotary is all about highlighting youth within the community."
Ms Thompson said this year's judges would find it hard to choose a winner.
"They find it tough every year," she said.
"All of the girls always look beautiful, so it's a very difficult job for them.
"They always look like princesses ... I always say it goes to the young lady that carries herself the best.
"It's not about looks, but how you carry yourself."
The ball will be held on July 26, with tickets available at the club for $30.
