The committee has been in the process of organising the fund-raiser, which is based on the television series of the same name, for some time.
Five thousand dollars will be on the line for competitors, who will be representing a Leeton community organisation.
Each challenge will consist of a participant needing to complete a task in which everyday household objects are used.
One activity could include the stacking three golf balls on top of each other in the minute and another may be pulling all of the tissues out of the box in 60 seconds.
JumpStart committee member Trevor Logan hopes it will be a fun and entertaining evening.
"We will have 15 contestants taking part on the night ... we've got 10 at the moment, so we are still after five more," he said.
"Those people are representing charities, social groups, sporting clubs and P&Cs ... the prizemoney will no doubt go a long way.
"It's not just going to be a night of playing games ... we'll have it all set up so that it's entertaining and everyone feels as though they are involved."
The set-up of the night will include sound, lighting and monitors for those who may be sitting further away from the games to see all of the action and laughs.
"It's going to be a bit like It Takes Two where we have all of these local people taking part, but you're just waiting for them to do something wrong," committee member Rob Hillier said.
"It's going to be very funny."
The games will be conducted as a process of elimination, with each task getting more complicated at every round.
MC on the night will be well-known resident Rob Houghton.
Funds raised will go to assisting JumpStart in helping members of the community that are in need, during emergencies and illnesses.
The night will be held on October 12, with those wanting to take part as a contestant urged to contact Nikita Pauling on 0405 533 437.
