The entrance to the hospital and car park is littered with pot holes, some of which have only gotten bigger thanks to the recent wet weather.
Mr Driscoll labelled the area as “atrocious” and said something needed to be done.
“You drive in and it’s an absolute disgrace,” Mr Driscoll said.
“People have come to me as the auxiliary chairman and asked why we aren’t fixing it. It is not an area we look after, it’s up to the MLHD (Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
“I think they need to urgently look at this because it’s just atrocious.”
MLHD manager of assets and clinical technology, Darren Green, was aware of the issue.
“The roadway at the entrance ... has been identified on the MLHD asset maintenance plan,” he said.
“The scope of work and funding allocation is yet to be determined.
“Any repairs or maintenance is expected to be completed in the 2016/17 financial year.”
MLHD has also recently spent $300,000 upgrading the hospital grounds energy supply.
However, Mr Driscoll felt the Leeton hospital was always sitting at the bottom of the “to-do list”.
“We seem to always be losing out, which isn’t good enough,” Mr Driscoll said.
“It’s not good for our town to have the grounds of the hospital car park looking like this. I can only imagine what people think.”
