Second-placed Yanco will be taking on the Phantoms at Mark Taylor Oval.
The Phantoms have taken to the field since November 18 after having the two-day bye and they will be no doubt looking to hit their straps with two weekends remaining before the Christmas break.
The Phantoms are currently sitting at the bottom of the A grade table, but they do have the potential to match it with the best when they have a full team on deck.
They are just the one point behind the Leeton Soldiers Club Colts who have the bye this weekend.
Yanco will provide a tough task for the Phantoms with the Stags getting away to a solid start this season.
Both teams will need their senior and junior players to work together and fire if they are to get the win. With rain during the week and the following sunshine, bowlers will be interested to see just how much the pitch will be working in their favour.
In the other A grade game this week to be played at Narrandera, the top-placed L&D CC Ferrets will be taking on their old rivals in the Narandera Carpheads.
The two teams have shared quite the rivalry in recent years and Saturday afternoon should be no different. Both sides boast some quality bowlers and batsmen.
Daniel Muir will be looked on to perform again with the bat and the ball for the Ferrets, while Narrandera captain Brent Lawrence will be looking to continue his recent good form. This weekend’s matches signals the second last round of A grade before the Christmas and New Year break.
