The presentations and performances showcased during the evening represented much of what makes Leeton High School such a wonderful and exciting place to be.
The school would like to congratulate again, all our students who received academic, sporting, cultural or citizenship awards and for their contributions to our school and community.
It is also fair to acknowledge the students who did not receive a particular award on Thursday evening but who regularly make fantastic, positive additions to our school.
We would also like to commend our 21 Aboriginal students who received Proud and Deadly awards for their achievements in the following areas Academic, Encouragement, Performing/Creative/Visual Arts, Citizenship, Outstanding Sports Achievement, Aboriginal Cultural Engagement and Year 12 completion, last Tuesday afternoon at a presentation ceremony at the Roxy. Also to our Schools Spectacular Aboriginal Dance group for their fantastic performance at this event.

MADD night was an incredible success with 27 acts lighting up the stage last Friday Night.
The talent that pours out of our school is amazing. There is nothing our students cannot do. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and thank you to all the individual and group performers who made the evening such a mammoth success.
Thank you to Mrs Van den Heuvel, Mrs Goman, Miss Phillips, Mr DiSalvia and the backstage and lighting crew for the exceptional efforts in organising and running such a great evening.
Thanks to the community for supporting this event and we look forward to MADD Night 2018.
