Jaide Berney: Leeton hands down. Griffith is not a city either its a country town with a population of approximately 24 000. They like to call them selves a city though not sure why. Both towns have some great positives

Carmel N Frank Nardi; Leeton is My Home. Griffith is convenient and not too far away if I Cant find what I need in Leeton.
Simon Kirkman: Leeton may have a better skate park then Griffith at the moment, but just wait till the new skate park will be redesigned in Griffith in 2018... will be gnarly.
Anne Maree Lyons: I don't think one is better than the other. Each is great. I prefer Leeton because it is my home town and what it has different to Griffith is History - Leeton was the centre and main administration of the MIA; Design - we have far richer Burley Griffin legacy in both architecture and town design; Our avenues and trees are outstanding are far superior. Our social make up is also different, and thats what I love in particular. While both are constructed towns and communities due to irrigation and development, we have developd our own uniqueness. For what it is worth from my Leeton perspective Leeton is cool, calm and beautiful. Griffith is big, brash and also beautiful.
Paula Rob Brookfield; I love Leeton, you are the most friendliest towns I have ever lived in, you provide so much for the youth and you are always looking to do things better, you have a council bit afraid to try new things.
Maureen Honeysett Wade Clinton: Will always love Leeton, born and bred there though I don't live there now, will be there at Easter for the rice bowl festive.
Louise Russell: Griffith is my home town cause I was born there and schooled there, and I still have friends and relatives there, so I love it! Leeton is my home town because I live and work here, and I have friends and relatives here, so I love it! It’s not what town you live in that makes who you are, it’s what you make of it! I don’t know why everyone can’t just make the best of what they’ve got and just get along! At least we have Griffith so close to visit for shopping if Leeton doesn’t have what you’re after, and even just a nice day drive. I think we’re very lucky!
Christopher Senti: Leeton - Where we develop events then Griffith robs them! Our Council being fit and progressive, developing superior sporting facilities, industries, our heritage, and our soon to be completed major CBD enhancement upgrade. A great county town in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area. Despite the Cicada and Mosquitoes its a great progressive town servicing local villages, most of Narrandera and half of Griffith …
Julie Doolin: One is a city the other a small country town. Depends on what you prefer. Personally I like the small country town , you always have someone you know to say “gidday” to when you are out, a caring , look out for your mates town and lots lots more. I do have to say leeton is my home town so may be a bit biased but I love it.
Michelle Heness van Ree: And they have an indoor swimming facility to be used all year and we don’t.
Pam O'Brien; Yes i would rather have an indoor pool you can use all year round then an outdoor door pool.
Amanda Cottom: Yeah so people who want or need to do physical therapy can as it is easier for those with leg and back injuries.
Michelle Heness van Ree: Amanda Cottom yes my husband has to go to Griffith for physical therapy. But Leeton is better than Griffith.
