Alf Herrmann Lodge resident Nathalie Semmler recently celebrated the milestone birthday.
The occasion was marked in a much more quieter fashion than for the big 100 last year. In 2017 a large family celebration was held in Leeton and it was a day to remember.
For her 101st, she had a quieter celebration with a morning tea at Alf Herrmann Lodge followed by a small family lunch with all passing on their congratulations.
Mrs Semmler was born in Adelaide in 1917 to Athol and Margaret Gordon.
Her infant years were spent on her parents’ farm at Wanbi near Loxton in South Australia.
She commenced her schooling at Cannie, near Quambatook in the north-west of Victoria.
