Millar will be among a strong contingent of golfing professionals who will be descending on the Leeton course this weekend to vie for the top prize.
This year 60 pros and well over 100 amateurs will be taking part in the two-day event this weekend.
Those numbers are about on par with last year.
Leeton golf professional Jason Mimmo said the professionals enjoyed coming to the event here.
“They like the course, but they also like the fact it’s a two-day competition because there’s not many like this one around anymore,” he said.
“Our Pro-Am has a great reputation. It’s a $25,000 event.”
Other professionals taking part will include another former winner in Steven Jeffress, who has also won the Fiji International.
Chris Gaunt and Brad McIntosh are among some of the other notable entrants.
In the amateur division, Mimmo said Leeton’s Josh Helson would be hard to beat in the men’s, with Talise Rudd his pick in the women’s.
It’s been a dry lead up to the Pro-Am, but the course is still in tip-top shape according to Mimmo.
“Considering we’ve had no rain, it’s looking really good,” he said.
“We’ve got plenty of water on it. It’s pretty green.

“I think the scores will be really low because there’s a little bit of run out there. The greens are a little on the soft side, which the pros will like. They like to be aggressive.”
Temperatures are expected to soar over the weekend, with the mercury forecast to climb to 38 degrees on Saturday and just one degree less with 37 expected on Sunday.
“I don’t think the weather will come into play too much … most of them are used to playing in all sorts of conditions,” Mimmo said.
“It just means there will be some very tired players at the end of each day.”
Spectators are welcome to head down to the course and watch the action unfold.
“It would be great to see some people down here watching, definitely,” Mimmo said.
