THE Leeton Hospital Auxiliary has 10,000 reasons to smile.
The organisation received $10,000 last week from Leeton’s Commonwealth Bank branch.
Every year the auxiliary, which consists of both hard-working hospital staff and community members, relies on its fundraising efforts to get by.
Their work results in much-needed items being purchased for the Leeton District Hospital as determined by staff as to what is required most.
“We’re thrilled to be able to support organisations like Leeton Hospital Auxiliary in the important work they do for our community,” Commonwealth Bank Leeton branch manager Therese Knott said.
The auxiliary is always on the hunt for new members within the community to help their work continue.
