The mist over the paddocks, the baby lambs nearing weaning from their mothers, the many and varied birdlife on the wetlands are all a great start for a painting.
The gallery has been busy lately with classes nearing completion for this term.
We will be missing the winter term to start up again in October when it’s warmer.
Meanwhile “paint, sip and create” parties are about to start.
If you have a group, whether it be for a birthday, office party, hen’s night, girl’s night out get in contact for a different experience.

I recently ran an “investigating colour” workshop with 12 people.
This was a fun and informative day with most people coming away with a little more colour knowledge.
I will be running a variety of workshops over winter for those interested.
There have been many art shows in the region recently which were worth visiting.
Chiltern Art prize, King Valley Art Show and Bacchus Marsh Art Show were a few I visited on the long weekend.
Participation in these shows offers exposure to a larger group of people and is good practice for beginning artists to get recognition.
