The Carabeen Avenue resident woke up about 1.35am on July 13 and went to quench her thirst in the kitchen.
While doing so she looked out the window and noticed her outdoor patio furniture was on fire.
Police and Fire and Rescue NSW Leeton were called, but to date no offenders have been caught.
Any residents who noticed anything suspicious in the area at that time should contact police.
TWO young people were seen on the grounds of Yanco Public School recently, allegedly damaging property.
A young female and male, both aged about 15 were seen on the grounds, with the girl allegedly damaging a sensor light at the school.

The girl was seen wearing all red and the boy all black.
