Despite going down by 15 goals, 60-45, the Crows will take comfort in the fact they pushed the second-placed Tigers.
This weekend Leeton-Whitton will hit the road to take on Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong, a team they defeated 39-32 during their last meeting in round seven.
The Crows will be hoping to get another win over the Lions and push to win more games towards the end of the season and finish the year on a high. Coolamon and Turvey Park await them after their Lions clash.
