Mrs Buller is the outgoing president of the Inner Wheel Club of Leeton, officially handing over the job to Margaret Henman at a changeover function recently.
“Our committee came into office with the intention of trying to do a good job of following the aims of Inner Wheel,” she said.

“I believe we have achieved these aims and had fun, enjoyment and friendship on the journey.”
Inner Wheel held many fundraising events throughout the 2017-18 financial year, which included a theatre party, falling leaf luncheon, cord blood street stall and a fuel raffle. Mrs Buller said there was an interesting story behind the latter.
“How many times have we all bought a raffle ticket in town not really worrying what the prize is as long as the money stays in Leeton?” she said.
“Well this particular gentleman, who won the fuel raffle I imagine would have done the same.
“The irony of it was he owned a fleet of trucks and had his own supply of fuel.”
Among the groups to receive donations from Inner Wheel this year was Steppin’ Out 4 Youth, the Leeton Volunteer Rescue Association, Girl Guides and Scouts.
